Shipping Information

All in-stock merchandise is normally shipped from our warehouse within 48-hours of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends). If the order was placed over a weekend or holiday, shipment will be normally made on the next business day. If an item is on backorder you will be notified.

Additional shipping cost may incur for anything over 20kg or if your address is in remote or hard to get to parts of Australia.

GreenTee use Australia Post to deliver your goods. At checkout you can select from a standard Parcel Post or Express Post. The weight of your products will be calculated for you and your postage charge defaulted based on the following rates.
